      I love being paid hourly and having flexibility to accomplish my work.

      Cons

      Division of RD's and Dietary is a con as RDs really do have much to offer the kitchen. But it is also a blessing to just take care of the clinical side.

      HCSG provides great career growth. The company works consistently with new regulations and the newest evidence-based guidance. Increased perks at work and appreciation in the past few months. Great clinical leadership. Positive work environment.

      Slow to put new policies in place.
