      Cliche but never more true "ALL work, NO play!"

      Pros

      -Great place to start off if you want to call yourself a manager -Good advancement opportunities if you are willing to relocate to desolate areas -You get to learn customer service here like no where else, because you always have to find a way to keep your clients happy when upper management is gouging supplies. -Some great guys along the way that you bond with, like Marines during boot camp - Everyone above you has done your job

      - Incredibly long working hours - Reasons are seen as excuses - Some upper management are heartless, yet they are golfing - Very resistant to change - Bottom line driven to the nth degree - Asked to lie or deceive your clients on a daily basis

      Pros

      Great career opportunities, if you are self driven, self motivated and are looking for a career full of success and proffesional growht. HCSG is the company to work for. Granted, not everyone is ready to work hard for what they want. Some people join the work force looking for instant gratification and on top of that get promoted. Let's not kid ourselves, the work force is very competitive during these hard economic times, with that said, for me things worked out really well with HCSG. I enjoyed working for this company, and I appreciate the opportunity to have work with such a great motivating group of driven individuals.The salaries are very competitive and more importantly it provides more than enough to meet my family needs. Let me finish by saying if you get on a road and do not hit any bumps while you are on your journey, yet you think that road is going to take you somewhere. let me tell you something, a reality check is needed I can assure you that road is not going to take you anywhere. You got to work hard before you can enjoy the harvest. I have learn so much with HCSG that I am thinking of opening my own business.

      Pros

      Working HCSG is not for those who think management is about sitting behind a desk and dictating what should happen. This position really gets you out into the mind set of how to be a really good manager and how to help and motivate staff. This company ONLY promotes from within you NEED to show you can do things before you can ever get past the Account Manager position. A lot of this job is about customer service and being there for the client as you are a contractor operating out of another companies facility. I will be honest though this job is not for everyone. For the people above who had issues did you look up things on your own did you ask the right questions did you use ALL resources available to you before giving up. A college education is not needed for this position but it can help you. Great and I really mean great customer service opportunity.

      Cons

      Long hours, High Stress, On Call 24/7. Sure the pay is not the best at the start but you need to start some where.
