Young Company with Lots of Potential

Pros

I have never worked at a company with employees who are so passionate about the company and their work. The work is challenging but manageable. The benefits are great and the pay is competitive.

Cons

Not a good fit for anyone not willing to put a lot of hard work in. Being a young company, procedures are changed often. You have to be willing to adapt to changes easily.

Pros

This company values what makes its employees different and values the different points-of-view everyone can bring to the table. As it is a new company, it isn't set in its ways. There's lots of opportunity for changes and improvements. Everyone that works here is very supportive and helpful. Working here, you won't feel like any other person could do your job-- you're here for a reason.

Cons

This really isn't a con, but I wouldn't recommend working here if you're just looking for a "job." Working here, you're getting a career. You need to be committed to your position, ask questions, and look for ways to make improvements. If you'd rather just "go with the flow" and work 40 hours every week, this job is not for you.

Pros

Young, ambitious company. Team work is encouraged. Other auditors and employees are supportive. Opportunity to grow is definitely there. Have seen a few people on my team move up in only the short while I've been here.

Cons

More subject matter and industry training is the only "con" Having said that, I've learned a lot in a short amount of time. Would just like more opportunities to work directly with clients or vendors, though I know this will come with time.
