      Pros

      I've been enjoying my time working at Healthgram. Everyone is super helpful, and it's like a family atmosphere. The flexibility in my hybrid schedule is a great perk. Good benefits and good PTO policy. Also, the on-site clinic is a plus!

      People are probably looking for more growth opportunities

      Nice working environment. Good family like culture.

      Cons

      Mediocre leadership. Management plays favorites - in many areas. Therefore, smaller voices can get overlooked for opportunities. Lack of training opportunities- very limited.
