Pros

This company did not offer any pros. They provided a bait and switch environment.

Cons

This company is not an ethical company. They allow and encourage nepotism in a extreme fashion. They allow a daughter to report directly to her mother. Complaints had been filed with HR but nothing was ever done. They do not believe in diversity unless it the front line customer service reps. People of color in leadership there are almost nonexistent.

Pros

Paid holidays, that’s about all

Cons

-Poor communication between departments -Lack of support from department manager -so many organizational issues and confusion - customer service has to be the middle man and reach out to departments that should have their own line when it comes to helping members and providers with specific issues about with Rx authorizations, claims and accounting problems - portals are not user friendly - no line for members to call for precertification inquiries but if it’s not done then they are penalized
