Pros

The people and the hours.

Cons

Design aesthetic is limited by editors and typically outdated. Design usually panders to middle america. Old school business mentality. Very clicky & fashion driven yet not relevant for the current trends.

Pros

Buying power allows journalists to access vital sources, resources and benefits were OK, camaraderie made it all work. I can recommend depending on position.

Cons

Business-minded approach means people dont get a lot of instruction. People get moved around without notice. Some of the requisites have nothing to do with best for audience.
