Talent still matters here. Good work environment here in Uniondale, Long Island. Centrally located near Roosevelt Field mall.

Cons

It can feel a little too corporate here sometimes and there appears to be a lack of diversity at the executive and corporate levels.

Job descriptions are good.. Workflow is consistant, usually. Pay to freelance employees is quite low for the market. Equip and job facilities are good.

Cons

Company is very big which makes it hard to know what your co-workers in another city maybe doing or getting paid even. Most of the tech is up to date only at the last minute.
