Pros

Good people. Great building and location. Flexible when it comes to working from home, provided that it is not abused.

Cons

Upper management seems to be more cut-throat and has become very disorganized. Always seems to be changing direction. Terrible communication to employees to a point where no one seems to know what is going on at times. Salaries are low when compared to competitors for the same position.

Pros

Pay OK and daily work . Actually we work a lot of OT because of a hiring freeze. Problem is the circulation keeps dropping so nobody know how much longer we will have employment.

Cons

Hand off load everything. , the newspaper industries is dying so management has a doom and gloom attitude. Management is constantly trying new ways to increase business but you can't force people to read newspapers.

Pros

Fantastic company, many wonderful managers, beautiful friendly environment.

Cons

Pay is low if you start your career here. Impossible to get a significant raise without leaving the company and coming back with a higher salary.
