Pros

It was easy to get hired there because the salaries are generally low. Employees that churned out the most work were rewarded, even if their copy was badly written.

Cons

They were so eager to get the client websites live so they could start billing right away. This led to angry clients that made massive changes or an entire revamp. Double work!

Pros

Large private company that supports its people. Continued professional growth, many great benefits only a large company can provide, sense of stability and security. It is a very approachable organization at every level.

Cons

Limited training opportunities and ability to move around the organizational units of which there are many. While I have seen more loyalty here than previous employers I think that would improve if there was opportunity to gain experience across the multi-faceted company.
