Pros

Fantastic brands, heritage and location

Cons

No salary growth - have implemented a salary increase freeze since 2011 and only seem to promote senior level management / very entry level positions. No career growth prospects and very little perks. Building is unkept and dirty making for an unpleasant working environment.

Pros

Fast paced so you can learn a lot in a short space of time

Cons

Lack of leadership from the top No clear and consistent message to staff regarding overall company goals or strategy Weak and inexperienced line managers Horrible offices literally falling apart. Barely a chair to sit and ancient desktops and laptops Company is years even decades behind the fast growing digital industry

Pros

I always enjoy coming into the office. Every executive I have worked with is warm and friendly with little exception.

Cons

Communication could be better but I think that's always the case. I'd love to see larger annual income increases. Mine have barely covered cost of living increases but the pay is equal to similar jobs in the area.
