Stagnant.

Pros

The people are friendly and are amazing. The employees do more to help each other than the management does.

Cons

There is constant turn-over. There is literally no room for growth, or promotion. You get passed over and blamed. It's an extremely tedious job.

Pros

Work/life balance, office is beautiful, convenient to have a cafeteria in the building.

Cons

Benefits not nearly as good as some of the other publishing companies. No room for growth in current position. Too many directors within the same department; lacks hierarchy leading to butting of heads.
