Summer hours (leave early Friday, make up time Mon-Thurs). Diversity & Inclusion drive. Career opportunities for those who want them but there is a ceiling due to so many long serving managers

All benefits are salary sacrifice. Salary increases very subjectively awarded. Terrible HR department. Diversity and Inclusion drive is bordering on parody and risks alienating swath of employees. Bitchiness and gossiping prevalent. Too many women
