Pros

Strong and meaningful comms from Leadership. Good reward and recognition program. Strong praise culture from some managers. Mental health support during 2020. Investment in systems. Training course for ALL people managers. Nice offices with hang out. Flexible working hours. Ability to work from home with phone, access etc. Some really great people. 35 hour week. Summer hours (leave early Friday, make up time Mon-Thurs). Diversity & Inclusion drive. Career opportunities for those who want them but there is a ceiling due to so many long serving managers

Cons

All benefits are salary sacrifice. Salary increases very subjectively awarded. Terrible HR department. Diversity and Inclusion drive is bordering on parody and risks alienating swath of employees. Bitchiness and gossiping prevalent. Too many women
