Pros

I always enjoy coming into the office. Every executive I have worked with is warm and friendly with little exception.

Cons

Communication could be better but I think that's always the case. I'd love to see larger annual income increases. Mine have barely covered cost of living increases but the pay is equal to similar jobs in the area.

Pros

autonomy and creativity, access to people and information, smart staff and good publications, at the fore in terms of today's trends.

Cons

no investment in staff by company, management defeated by staff cuts and content standards. No support when it comes to moving around within the company
