Pros

-They really push you to become better - Management generally cares about the concerns of their employees, whether or not they act upon them - Communication is strong between management and employee

Cons

- A meat-grinder mentality that can cause a lot of stress throughout the employees and causes burnout and high turnover - Little communication and rationality in allowing certain tasks to be completed effectively

great learning experience build connections you will work your butt off beautiful building and location great nursing staff for injuries

Cons

hierarchies among fashion publications interns sometimes do more work than employees more interns than staff lack of communication between some departments
