      Super fun. Always exposed to some of the most exciting things in the world, let it be cars, design, or fashion.

      Cons

      Terrible compensations. Not good work/life balance.

      Pros

      Really great people, passionate and committed to what they are doing. New CEO making a really positive impact and feels like the start of an exciting time for the company. Feels like there's lots of opportunities to get your hands dirty and help shape the future of the company.

      Cons

      There's lots of change and you really need to be up for that. There's real pressure across the industry so, again, you need to be up for that challenge. Our current offices are pretty terrible, but we're moving next year to incredible offices in Leicester Square, so hopefully that's only a con for the next year or so.

      Pros

      Great new CEO bringing positive change to a business diversifying their revenue streams. Digital is a huge investment area and you can leverage some of the worlds most powerful brands to achieve great things!

      Cons

      Sometimes there is too many chefs in the kitchen and it can be slow to get things done but think the new management will change this! The company is clearly on the way up and exciting to be a part of, you can't deny the amazing titles and work being produced!
