The company used to be a good place to work given the level of innovation of its product, great work environment and salaries above the market for Sweden standards.

Cons

It looks like the company got lost on pursuing the right configuration of product to develop to air transport market and lot of incertainties made several professionals leave the company in 2023. On the first week of February 2024, just after announcing goo money kicking in due to a new fundraising campaing, the company decided to fire 1/3 of its workforce, freeze most of the development done so far and move back to conceptual design.
