This is like some sick cult of a place to work. Power is so constrained to the few utter sociopaths that crave it. Management is so desperate for attention they will break ethical boundaries to achieve it and crap all over their staffs' effort. Really a sick place and have never experienced something so gross. Management runs around the mine acting like clowns that everyone hates but are too cowardly to do anything about. Total fear culture that has a cult of desperate people following it. You work here because you have no other option, period. No career development, mine engineers and geotechs in the same positions for over a decade. Corporate IT is a cult of incompetent mormons, not bias just noting, that gaslight everyone and fraudulently say they are doing a good job (lying is not a good job white pants wearing to a mine site moron). No career progression, your only job is to make the clowns above you look good and have all credit stolen from you. HR is a complete sham as well when you are getting professionally bullied or try to stand up to the disgusting actions of the sociopath managers. This is a sick place to work.
