**NO PAY RAISES** -No more bones's since business is bad -Management isn't that great -Insurance is terrible -They micromanage a lot with the new program they got that takes pictures and tracks your screen. -Lots of favoritism, the work environment is toxic. -Upper management yells at their workers if they did a mistake -You wear multiple hats if you work here. And if they see you're good, they reward you with more work, and did I mention, no pay raises? - Its racist, Only hispanics have gotten laid off - There are 3 pregnant Women, one of them was hispanic. They did not offer the hispanic person WFH opportunities while the other 2 Asian ladies got that opportunity. -The parking sucks, cars have gotten broken into. And their windshields have gotten smashed. They took no accountability and put up signs that they are not liable. Even went as far as cut down their own tries that kept cracking peoples windows
