      Great benefits, great safety focus. Invest in their people as far as training.

      Not a lot of investment in the business so equipment can be old

      Pros

      The "hourly" employees, all the hard working folks doing the actual work, are great! I've made friends for life!

      Cons

      The management is toxic; unqualified, college grads running the plants. This is NOT a QC Lab tech job! Plant management misappropriates company funds for the "QC" position by turning the QC lab tech role into a plant hand, filling in as a plant "rover" under the excuse, "plant needs". Unprofessional environment with no HR oversight.

      Relatively good pay and room for growth

      Cons

      Terrible culture across the organization where people are unwilling to progress with the times. The benefit, PTO for salaried workers (2 extra days after 10 years :O) is terrible and reminds me of a 1990s company.
