Educational if you want to learn electrical, chemistry of cement, or mechanical skills.

Cons

Management is absolutely horrible, high turnover rate. You can do everything right but if you question or offend management in anyway they will find a way to get you out of a job and they do not care at all about putting you on the street.

Pay isn't bad now but they constantly try and make ways to take money away.

Cons

Always eager to fire employees by setting them up or giving them hell until they quit. They love the dumb and inexperienced people for some reason.
