They do supply coveralls, gloves and an adequate supply of coffee.

Cons

They do not give you the time to sit down and have a break. They promote the idea of having these breaks to reduce fatigue, but they don't offer any breaks. If you can get a break be prepared in 5 mins to be expected to return to work.
