Good to get international experience. If your position has communications with global employees and managers.

You need to be a self-starter. Top management often forgets to deliver company’s vision and mission to subordinates. Lack of such communication in company. Poor Management - I had a filling, that manager did not had an answer on my questions and did not wanted to take responsibilities on it and redirected me to find answers in policies, where was lack of information, because it was also written by local management. Manager humiliates employees in front of others, even if subordinate is right. Manager only cares about “what HeidelbergCement AG thinks about HeidelbergCement Georgia” Overall Normal for short term work (2-3 years)
