      1.Project Managers are corrupt -Deals with Chinese contractor for money avoid NCR/Punch list and compromise 2.Higher management will use you as tool and then will fire you /not provide any other option. 3. HR system is waste of time .They themselves dont know 4. Lesson learned are formality done by PM as some one wrote in past . 5.PM will not support the team even if the team is asking for contractual requirements in project. 6.By pass quality and Safety requirements in contract 7.You can fired by management anytime after working many years or during your expatriate position. 8.Covering up of subcontractor unethic works on site 9.
