      Great people, lots of work to keep you busy. No day is the exact same.

      Cons

      Not a lot of documentation on process. Lots of assumptions are made as to how things should be. Very political. Lots and lots of personal agendas get in the way of getting work done efficiently.

      Pros

      Large company with opportunities if you're willing to consider relocating.

      Cons

      Poor communication across the company and within the same department. We were acquired by them over the past year and the transition could have went more smoothly if there was communication across their various departments and if they listened to our suggestions instead of making incorrect assumptions on a lot of transferred information that later required correction.
