      It's a job.

      Cons

      Taking away all of the pay benefits from previous companies . Shift differential, salary, 2x pay on Sunday if 7th day worked consecutively. Not enough employees to fully cover sick time and vacation time. Running a skeleton crew while making millions dollar profits. Management does not stick around to make sure plant runs efficiently.
