      Pros

      I have been with the company for a little over two years. I love my department and the support that is provided. Management in our department makes sure that we have the tools necessary to achieve our goals. There is always a push to stretch ourselves and to grow to make ourselves the best professionals in the business.

      My Lehigh Hanson Experience

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working in the corporate setting of Lehigh Hanson! I was able to explore a new part of the country down in Texas and learn more about the mining industry. I really enjoyed working for this company and getting to know all of the people there!

      Cons

      I'm required to write a con for this. The only thing I can think of was not getting to know interns in the other areas of the company. I became really good friends with the other engineering interns!

      The pay was good and the benefits were ok ...

      Cons

      I worked for Pioneer, then Hanson bought them out ....I was with this company for over 10 years...Pioneer cared ...Hanson only cares about the bottom line..only money they dont care about the employee at all!
