      Pros

      They respect labor legislation. You will not make a good impression if you leave the office on time, but they will not jump to lay you off because of that.

      Cons

      Low salaries, no chances for career opportunities, old management, with no desire to really change anything. They tend to lay off any woman who returns from child breed leave.

      Low pay, not very technology oriented. The offices are messy and employees are bullied/bully each other. Poor atmosphere overall
