Engineering - will give you opportunities. Industry is solid with long term job security. COmpany promotes from within.

Cons

Typical industrial complaints. No planning, butting heads with different work groups. Shutdown work means you're busy for 1 month of the year

Great people, well led company where employee engagement is seen as key to a productive and happy workforce. Plenty of opportunities for training and development. Extremely Health and Safety driven, they care about their people.

Cons

Could do more to encourage women into the business and support them with more flexible working arrangements without compromising their promotion prospects
