Very modern space to work, kitchens are supplied with complimentary fruits, squash and hot drinks inc all sorts of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Feel like I'm a part of one team, use of employee benefits such as shopping vouchers. Mental health and wellbeing support is great! Being sent little boxes directly to our houses with sweet treats as a wind down. Flexibility of working from home. Generous annual salary increases and bonuses.

Cons

Not everyone in the team are rewarded with the same annual increase percentage but completing the same work. But nothing else really comes to mind, generally happy within my team
