      Good salary and benefits (free parking, free coffee machine / tea / hot chocolate, squash), Great mental health and wellbeing support, Loads of activities and incentives going on to support charities, celebrate diversity, flexible and agile working policies.

      Cons

      40 hour working week, most "full-time" is 37.5.

      Amazing group of people to work with, super diverse role, always interesting

      Cons

      Felt very minimised by management. Very often felt like because I was young, I was treated like I wasn’t intelligent or capable. Rumours spread after I left that were complete fallacy. Shared service managers has a very high school clique/mean girl energy.
