Good colleague, good manager, flexi hours, and perks.

Cons

Mid 2015 after 2 rounds of redundancy at our Aberdeen office I received a significant percentage of my wage as bonus; Guess what happened during late 2015........ They have to close few teams all-together. I believe they could have been bit careful in here and saved some jobs.
