Benefits could be better, health insurance is terrible and expensive, 401k match very low compared to competition (Transocean, etc.)

Pay cuts frequently, benefit cuts, short work notices, retention bonus cut. Office management is lacking direction and employee support, office personnel always looking to make cuts while they retain their annual bonus that was made from the sweat of the workers offshore, all while the offshore personnel bonuses, pay rates, and 401k were cut.
