Pros
Steady rotation, 28 and 28, great people to work for and with while on the rigs. The people offshore and the culture is great.
Cons
The office does not care about it’s rig hands. They constantly threaten pay cuts from 20-25%. And follow thru with it. One year they had a pay cut of 20 % for one rig at the beginning of December (Christmas!) while the office suits still collected bonuses and salaries. But they will say “at least you have a job”
