Amazing co-workers, always willing to step up and help one another. Company is growing quickly and with that comes opportunities that might not exist but are quickly implemented. Company provides regular communication and open to ideas and consistently encourage growth.

Cons

Difficulty of hiring more people to fill the empty positions as the company grows.

Cons

Management put their employees up to deleting codes out of my programs. They have cad cam programs that use drugs.
