Although virtual, HR, the leadership team, and your department's management team are available to talk about the challenges you may be going through at work. We understand that we're in very challenging times, not only with the state of the world but with the opportunities that Helix has to make an impact in COVID testing, which puts additional pressure on all of us to do the best that we can because we care so much about Helix's success. Because of the opportunity we have to make an impact, especially during this time, and because employees may be working at different hours of the day, each of us has to have an honest conversation with our manager about expectations and what we can manage. Having conversations is the only way we will help each other. We also understand the importance of recognizing all the hard work that is accomplished and that is why you hear so many great shout-outs during our weekly company meeting and why our leadership team will mention how impactful our work is.
