      Pros

      - Impactful work. Awesome mission. - Diverse set of problems and challenges; lots of things are being solved for the first time at Helix - Curious, thoughtful and smart team members. some of the best i've ever worked with - Platform model is the future - Strong set of financial backers (top tier VC, PE, Corporate)

      Cons

      - Strategy is responsive to the market but can feel like it changes rapidly. - Growth is its own challenge

      Pros

      Helix is a great place to work. Good work life balance, catered lunches/dinners, unlimited vacation days, incredibly intelligent and talented people, diverse work force, and respectful work culture. It is a fast growing company that executes with maturity.

      Cons

      The location of Helix in San Carlos is not great. Commute can be frustrating.

      Moving fast, but maybe not on the right things

      Pros

      Shared culture of iterating, constantly improving, and changing directions when needed. Great perks, benefits, and healthcare. Free lunch, flexible PTO are a plus.

      Cons

      Initiatives take too long up the chain to move as fast the employees want to move. Growing pains as we get to nearly 200 employees with more specialized teams being organized.
