Pros
Overall, Helix cares about individual development (through workshops, employee and manager one on ones, and team feedback), creating a positive working environment for all employees, and has been responsive to employee feedback. It's hard sometimes to appreciate how different this company is from others after being here for a while- but Helix has remained the most responsive, forward-thinking, and innovative company I've been a part of in my professional career. More than just the great benefits, there is always the opportunity to learn, either in your role with your manager or team members, or by reaching out to other departments. Employees all seem passionate about our mission, excited to share what they're working on, and invested in the growth of Helix.
Cons
It can be hard to communicate with other offices at times, but dedication from managers and team members to hold appointments and meetings can mitigate this.
