      Pros

      Helix is a great place to work. Good work life balance, catered lunches/dinners, unlimited vacation days, incredibly intelligent and talented people, diverse work force, and respectful work culture. It is a fast growing company that executes with maturity.

      Cons

      The location of Helix in San Carlos is not great. Commute can be frustrating.

      + Has the potential to be the next big thing. + Great team starting with engineers, marketing, business development and continues with the leadership team. Smart people, focused on delivery, people love quality but are also driven to deliver what matters to the company. + Leadership team is always listening and trying to improve. + Management focuses on career development of the employees. + Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      New field brings risk, but Helix is in the best position to make it happen.

      Pros

      Helix is an incredibly exciting place to be. Not only are we blazing the trail of a completely new category, but we are doing so with some of the smartest and most driven teammates one could ask for. I am challenged to learn and teach everyday at Helix. I feel empowered and a part of something which is bigger than all of us...helping people through DNA-powered learning. It's a pretty cool feeling.

      Cons

      We are growing quickly and learning fast! We can't always get it right. People work too hard and fast, but it's because they care.
