      Pros

      Open-minded and inclusive. Everyone willing to jump in and help out or brainstorm. Attention to detail and technologically innovative. Great benefits and pay.

      Cons

      It could sometimes be a little difficult to complete same day just due to having to deal with different time zones. However, it never caused me to be overdue. There were a lot of long, long days and nights in the beginning.
