      - Excellent onboarding process - Great work culture, no big egos, everyone seems to be on the same page - Good employee benefits - Strong emphasis placed on personal/career development - Central location

      - Seems to have a revolving door of employees, just a first impression. There seem to also be many career advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      The company has a bright future and due to it's constant growth, tasks are dynamic and the pace is fast. Culture development is a focal point and in my opinion is solid. Colleagues are talented, young and ambitious and it is expected that you will learn and develop. Office is centrally located.

      26 vacation days is on the lower end of the spectrum for Germany
