Pros
I currently work at Hellofresh (UK) and I joined because I love food and wanted a start-up like culture. I've found the environment to be a good balance between a medium sized company and a small start-up. HelloFresh is similar to small company through the flat structure, giving one the ability to work with the senior management team. Hellofresh also gives employees the perks and benefits of a larger company (BUPA, gym benefit, etc.). You're given responsibility as soon as you walk through the door and with that comes the opportunity to learn. The office always full of food with free breakfast (including eggs!), take home ingredients and a steady stream of meals coming out of the test kitchen. There is always something to snack on or taste.
Cons
At times there can be poor communication between teams.
