      I personally do not have cons, but if you are not comfortable with being told no, ignored, or talking to strangers, then this is not for you.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule (can request any days off, or even just half days) Hourly pay is generous considering commission is uncapped Fun team dynamic with outgoing, silly, competitive team mates Can write your own paycheck in terms of sales goals and achieving financial success Very reasonable weekly sales quota, Ive hit it every week in my two months here Get to work in different environments and outside on nice days (things like the zoo, taco festivals, farmers markets) GREAT benefits for healthcare, vision, and dental Gas reimbursement weekly and parking reimbursement Huge discounts on hellofresh and greenchef products, making my grocery bill tiny and my mealtimes delicious

      Cons

      Not a ton of room for management opportunities (can become a team lead or team trainer) Some shifts are slower than others, but having co brand ambassadors there makes them enjoyable none the less

      They are desperate for employees so they hire everyone.

      Cons

      This job is a JOKE. They expect you to harass people at the mall and at gyms to sign up for a product with a discount that is better if they did it themselves. They tell you to lie to the customers and tell them it’s the only discount out there. Everyone cheats the system and buys boxes to hit the 7 to get commission then only some employees get in trouble for it. I watched 20+ people get fired for stupid things or quit because this job considering leadership should get replaced. Everyone is 110% unorganized. You will not receive a schedule until 2 days before you worked. This company treats their employees like garbage. They give you false promises and LIE. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. RUN AWAY!!!!
