We’re happy to offer our sales team full benefits and generous employee discount on our product, and it’s great to hear that you took advantage of these along with attending fun events in your sales office. While we try to release schedules with as much notice as possible, due to the nature of scheduling events, there can be last minute changes to add more hours to each employee’s schedule. Our sales managers to strive to share the available shifts evenly throughout the sales teams, dependent on one’s availability and preferences. We try out new events and locations all the time to see if they would be a good fit for sales, however, not all locations are a match and we use this data to make scheduling choices in the future. Pros

Only 40-45 hrs a week Good pay Great bonus 1 month vacation time Very generous to give time off in emergency situations Good mix of coworkers that you can actually hangout with

Cons

Usual growing pains a start up goes through but nothing horrific High turnover in upper management due to not hiring the right candidates

Pros

Most of the engineers are humble and open to criticism. Since I joined new squads have been created and a more robust organization has been built. Most of the people are nice to work with and available most of the times to help. From day one you'll learn a lot, senior engineers share the knowledge constantly with their peers. Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines are being improved weekly by our DevOps constantly, making deployments less painful. They embraced Kubernetes architecture. When criticals have happened, CTO does not look for people to blame but solutions to mitigate the issues. Yearly reviews that are actually useful to improve.

Cons

Microservice architecture is present but the main part of the business is still a monolith with few owners. Junior engineers have almost the same access to the infrastructure as senior ones. The office has been grown a lot but the toilets are limited.
