Pros
Semi-reliable work. You go to work and for the most part, Will be left alone.
Cons
Despite it being a slow period, management will yell for you to work faster. The company has been cutting the positions to the point where one employee will be in two to three positions at a time and then get mad at said employee for being slow. HR placates employees but does not really solve the problem. Furthermore, HR employees don't communicate and you sometimes have to go through three or four to get a problem resolved properly.
