1. The leadership has gone through many changes, and honestly even the leaders themselves don't know what are they doing. Everyone is clueless and every day working for HelloFresh is a complete chaos. 2. HelloFresh says that they are data oriented but at the end of the day many business decisions are simply taken based on what senior leadership wants to do. They follow a top down management style. 3. There will never be any transparency on any decisions and the employees are always kept in the dark. Therefore, Work Council was created by the employees to challenge the management. The management also tried to suppress the making of Work Council. 4. They will offer peanut salaries to attract foreign workers. And since they are dependent on the job to stay in the country, they exploit the employees with low salaries
