Pros

Corporate employees receive an option for $0 out of pocket health insurance. Employees receive 75% off Hellofresh meals. Pay is competitive. High performers can move around. Aside from a few strategic logistics site closures, no layoffs for last 18 months. Still growing but starting to stabilize. Good work-life balance but will vary role to role.

Cons

Hellofresh is in a transformative stage from a startup company to a maturing company, could be a pro or a con depending on what you're used to.
