- DS is currently under explored and developed - DS team is less developed than at other tech companies - Some departments have high turnover

Cons

Communication is not good at all. Never know whats going on until after its already been rolled out.

they have a very good infrastructure for their teams where there is a flexibility for the workers.

Cons

there is no motivation for change or much improvements, for even as little as taking in ideas from the employees.
