Diverse product portfolio if you get the chance to work across brands, smart and eager colleagues, tons of snacks and lunches in office

Cons

Some leaders are where they are because they joined at the right time and may not have the technical chops to lead technical folks. The pay is okay but probably a bit below tech-industry average for Data Scientists. RTO was mandated at 50% in 2024 with no wiggle room for employees with tenured remote success.
