Pros

Management walks the talk. They pay a living wage and really care about their employees and their growth either within the company or a career outside of the company. A lot of people have started as a general assembler and have been promoted by taking advantage of the education assistance program. The manufacturing area is air conditioned and clean which is hard to find in a manufacturing environment. If you are looking for an employer that really welcomes all and truly cares about the community and the environment, you should check them out.

Cons

The training process can be a little challenging, but they listen to feedback and are working hard on making it much better. The people that do the training are busy, but they care about what they are doing and are patient with you.

You have opportunities to learn and grow with the company. They will invest in your education. The company's mission is also connected to saving lives through their devices, so it's rewarding work; you get to make a difference through your work.

Cons

The company has been growing and going through a lot of changes. If you're not comfortable in that type of environment then this isn't the place for you.
