      Its ok but sweaty

      Pros

      Very knowledge people and remote option.

      Cons

      Raises and bonus minimal. Company as a whole is not looking to promote people other than middle management and up. For the few that did get promoted you get a faint sense of politics or in group preference. One dude let a whole program fall through the floor and some how managed to be promoted to level 3. People like me would work 60+ hrs a week due to huge work load and wonder if anyone else is working when looking at all the yellow indicators on teams.

      Don’t Fall for a Scam!!

      Pros

      Office space is very spacious and organized. Remote working 100%. Fair to generous salary.

      Cons

      Very disorganized after they did the restructuring and sectorship of all offices nationwide. They have no clear directions, no support from leadership and it’s a SWEATSHOP!! They want you to put just 8 hours on your timesheet to bill the project but the amount of work you need to exert to make your accomplishments at par is like working at least 12 hours. Not to mention you will be stuck with their QEV/QC. They’re trying to micromanage you but then they don’t give you clear directions to approach the design . It’s a mess!! They’re struggling to get projects as the clients are very disappointed on tons of COs after going through construction!!

      Pros

      Great for new grads to learn but no true growth for strong performers only for the people that spent the time socializing instead of working.

      Cons

      Leadership decisions are causing a lot people to leave from the mid-level range(Project Managers, Technical Managers and independent designers) without being able to back fill those roles so the people left are stuck picking up all the work. mid level employees are leaving mainly from lower than average compensation and poor leadership.
